Van Allen Elementary School students and their mentors from Iowa Wesleyan University take a photo together during their last Tiger Time on Wednesday, April 17, an after school program for fourth and fifth graders. Juan Crespo Ricaurte, an IW student an intern with the Iowa State Extension Office, said that Tiger Time is like a big brother, big sister program.
