IWC players earn UMAC honors
The Iowa Wesleyan College football team had four members earn UMAC all-conference honors during the team?s first season in the conference.

The Iowa Wesleyan College football team had four members earn UMAC all-conference honors during the team?s first season in the conference.
Three players were first team selections, including the team?s all-sportsmanship team representative, while one player received second team honors.
Ridge Hobbs was named a first team all-conference wide receiver after finishing the year with 43 receptions for 784 yards and 11 touchdowns. Hobbs, a senior from New London, is the Tigers? career leader in both receiving yards and receiving touchdowns.
Jamarco Clark was named a first team all-conference linebacker, finishing second in the league in tackles with 117. Clark, a senior from Pensacola, Fla., was also named the Tigers? representative on the UMAC all-sportsmanship team.
Brandon Baker was voted first team kicker after a strong freshman season. Baker, of Moro, Ill., was 8-of-13 on field goal attempts, including a long of 48 yards. Baker was also 27-of-29 on extra-point attempts.
LiMichael Peeples was voted second team all-conference as a wide receiver after a breakout senior campaign. Peeples, from Conyers, Ga., led the Tigers with 46 receptions. He tallied 715 receiving yards on the year and caught four touchdown passes.
