IWC President Steve Titus will address 2014 college graduates

It?s commencement weekend at Iowa Wesleyan College (IWC).

Iowa Wesleyan President Steve Titus will give the commencement address Saturday, May 3, at 1:30 p.m. in the Ruble Arena in the Howe Student Activity Center.

A reception is planned on the central campus lawn following commencement.

Following is the complete schedule for the weekend.

Friday, May 2

8 a.m.-5 p.m. ? Senior art exhibition in the P.E.O. Building Gallery featuring student artists Dylan Morgan, Brittany Robison and Nikia Pyle.

4-4:30 p.m. ? Extended learning reception in the Howe Student Activity Center.

5-7 p.m. ? Graduation celebration ? supper buffet for members of the Class of 2014 and their families ? hosted by President Steve and Sara Titus on the campus lawn.

7 p.m. ? Nurse pinning ceremony in the IWC Chapel Auditorium.

Saturday, May 3

10:30 a.m. ? Baccalaureate Service in the Chapel Auditorium. The Rev. Michael L. Morgan of the First United Methodist Church in Marion will give the address.

11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. ? Graduation lunch buffet in the student union dining hall. No reservation needed. There will be a fee charged to eat at the buffet.

1:30 p.m. ? Commencement in Ruble Arena in the Howe Student Activity Center. IWC President Steve Titus will present the 2014 commencement address. A reception will be on the central campus lawn following commencement.
