Jefferson County road closing for bridge project
Jefferson County will be closing a section of Vetch Boulevard near Lockridge so a bridge can be replaced over Brushy Creek.
The road will be closed about 0.5 mile north of 218th Bloulevard, which is also known as Old Highway 34.
The road will be closed to all traffic beginning March 21 for 60 to 90 days while the bridge work is being done.
A detour will be marked with signs.
