Junior varsity boys top West Burlington

Before the varsity teams took on West Burlington on Thursday night, it was up to the junior varsity teams to set the tone. The JV boys did so in a big way, crushing the Falcons 77-47.

Before the varsity teams took on West Burlington on Thursday night, it was up to the junior varsity teams to set the tone. The JV boys did so in a big way, crushing the Falcons 77-47.
The JV Panthers were led by Jaxon Hoyle, who put up big numbers on the night, leading the team with 18 points. Jacob Stukerjurgen added 13 points and Brody Bender netted 12 points to give Mt. Pleasant three double-digit scorers.
The JV boys enter Christmas break with a 5-2 record. They will host Washington on Friday, Jan. 5, and follow up with a game against Central Lee on Saturday, Jan. 6.
