Just Jesus and me
I?m taking a trip
with Jesus as my guide
I?ll not lose my way
with him at my side.
If the path grows dim
and my footsteps slow,
He?ll always be there
to show me where to go.
Jesus holds my hand
He walks with me each day
I can count on him
He?s with me all the way.
Just Jesus and me
Walking hand in hand
Yes, we?re taking a trip
to that Promise land.
Won?t it be wonderful ...

Won?t it be wonderful when we can finally see the end of the road? Where there will be no more pain and sorrow, and no more grief. Some days when I?m alone in my car driving somewhere I like to spend time talking to the Lord. One day I came up with the words of this song. There are three more verses, but I thought this was enough for this time.
We need to do a little bit, no, a lot of praying at this time for those who have been in the tornados and floods. Without a doubt their hearts are very heavy at this time. We can also share a bit of joy with them. Even though they lost homes, they escaped with their lives.
God knows what is going on in every heart and He is crying right along with everyone out there.
Join me, won?t you, in the church of your choice. Let?s do a lot of talking to our Father up there. We need to think about those who are grieving and thank Him for the lives that were spared.
