Karen Renee Brown Lankford, 43, of Ollie, died Friday, May 22, 2015, at home after a long battle with cancer.
A celebration of life will be held at 3 p.m., Sunday at JEBS Park in Batavia. The body has been cremated.
In lieu of flowers, contributions will be allocated to memorial fund in the name of Karen Renee.
Lankford was born Sept. 22, 1971, in Carthage, Ill., the daughter of Pearl and Jean Harter Brown.

Lankford was born Sept. 22, 1971, in Carthage, Ill., the daughter of Pearl and Jean Harter Brown.
The Brown family moved to Iowa in 1974, with Ms. Lankford spending the rest of her life in the Fairfield area.
She is a 1990 graduate of Fairfield High School.
She worked various jobs, with her main employment at Harper Brush Works, Angel Graphics and Portofolia in Fairfield.
Her hobbies included drawing, painting, fishing, hunting, farm critters, flower gardening, auctions, music, picking mushrooms, horseback riding, and watching ?Antique Road Show?.
Survivors include her parents; life partner Tom Smith; three children, son Tyler Moore and twin daughters, Amber and Allison Lankford, all from Ollie; and three siblings, David Brown and wife Zeny Watson, Deborah Rhum and husband Bruce; and Peggy Spencer.
