Kindergartners, new students must register before Aug. 6

New residents to the Fairfield Community School District who have school-age children or families with kindergarteners should enroll them in the district prior to the districtwide fee payment day Aug. 6.

To complete the enrollment process, stop by the Administration/Curriculum/Technology Center at 403 S. 20th St. between 7:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday through Friday.

For information about new student enrollments, call the curriculum office at 472-0021.

For parents of children already enrolled, the districtwide fee payment day for the 2009-10 year will be from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Aug. 6 in the Fairfield High School Commons.

Fee payment day is for the collection of various school-related fees and to obtain information for upcoming school year.

Information packets were mailed out to each household earlier this month. Anyone who did not receive a packet can contact the curriculum office.

New this year is the option for parents to mail in forms and fees.  Families who mail in all of the forms and fees do not need to attend fee payment day.
