Kitchen stove deemed cause of trailer fire
A kitchen stove was cited as the cause of a fire that spread throughout a trailer, causing major damage.
The fire occurred on Thursday, Oct. 8, at the Green Valley Trailer Court, in Mt. Pleasant.
According to Mt. Pleasant Fire Chief Stewart Kinney, no one was home at the time of the fire.
Ten firefighters responded to the fire and were on the scene for about an hour, Kinney added.
