Larry J. Rich, of Mt. Pleasant, died on Monday, Aug. 8, 2016, at Good Samaritan, in Ottumwa.
A time for remembrance will be held at Rumors in Mt. Pleasant on Aug. 20, from 10 a.m. to noon. Iowa Cremation is assisting the family.
Rich was born on July 14, 1949, in Washington. He worked for Bluebird Midwest for more than 35 years.
He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, and being on the river.

Rich is survived by his sons, Joe (Elizabeth O?Neill-Rich) Rich; Chad (Heather) Rich; and Matthew Rich; five siblings; and six grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
