WINFIELD — Lawyers in Libraries will return to Winfield Public Library offering an opportunity for adults to seek the professional insight of a lawyer free of charge.
Next Thursday, June 27 at 6 p.m. in the Winfield Public Library attorney Dale Schlutz will offer a program focused on information about various powers of attorney and aspects of living wills. Following a presentation, Schlutz will offer a question-and-answer session.
This program is brought to libraries throughout Iowa through a joint effort of The Iowa State Bar Association, the State Library of Iowa, Iowa Legal Aid, and the Polk County Bar Association Volunteer Lawyers Project to help provide free legal information.
