Crews from Kinney and Sons of Mt. Pleasant have been busy recently installing water lines for the second phase of the Bell Street Subdivision. The subdivision is located in the southeastern corner of Mt. Pleasant near the Mt. Pleasant Correctional Facility. Favorable weather has allowed the project to proceed without interruptions.
