End of Session!
Ladies and gentlemen, the time is finally upon us. After a few weeks being back home in Mt. Pleasant, I was called back to Des Moines for Monday and Tuesday of this week. There, we debated the final bills of this legislative session.
At midnight on Tuesday, we voted on our last piece of legislation and the House Adjourned for 2022. After so many long nights of diligent work and debate, I was happy to drive back home to be with my family and friends.
