Live Healthy Iowa looking for  Dream Team

In hopes of gaining more insight into the personal journey of a 100 Day Wellness Challenge participant, Live Healthy Iowa wants to target a special team for 100 days by selecting Dream Team members and sharing their stories and experiences with people across the state of Iowa.

Live Healthy Iowa is inviting all Iowans to apply to be chosen as a member of the Dream Team during the 100 Day Wellness Challenge from January 23 to May 1. The 100 Day Wellness Challenge is a simple and affordable team-based challenge encouraging Iowans to make health choices by tracking their activity minutes and/or weight loss for 100 days.

The Dream Team will consist of two to 10 adult Iowans chosen through an application process.

Live Healthy Iowa will track the Dream Team?s journey, from their highs and lows, to their successes, struggles and pitfalls and everything in between. Chosen participants will receive free registration into the 100 Day Wellness Challenge, a Dream Team T-shirt and many other resources, tools and incentives to help them along their journey.
