Lockridge Fun Day is Sept. 27

The annual celebration of Lockridge Fun Day returns on Saturday, Sept. 27.
Highlights of this year’s Fun Day include a parade at 10 a.m., pedal pull at noon, a free will lunch of pulled pork, rooster subs and sides from noon to 2 p.m., auction and raffle from 1-2 p.m., bingo from 2-3 p.m. and water fight courtesy of Lockridge Fire & Rescue at 3 p.m.
Those who arrive early can take in the free will donation breakfast of pancakes, eggs and sausage from 7-9 a.m., followed by the 5K Fun Day Run/Walk at 8 a.m. The car cruise, bounce house and vendor show all run from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The prince and princess contest will be held at 9 a.m.
