It was round two of flooding at Oakland Mills. Although the logjam near Oakland Mills certainly was a factor, it was more of too much water too quickly. No rainfall over the weekend and Monday helped lessen the blow, but a chance of rain returns to the forecast for most of the remainder of the week.
