When you combine dry weather with heat, river levels decrease rather quickly. Remember when the Skunk River was well out of its banks last spring and early summer? Well, now the river is down to one of its lowest levels in quite some times. This photo was taken over the weekend. However, low water levels aid the young girl, pictured in front, in her search for rocks.
