Madison Avenue in Fairfield to close Wednesday morning

Madison Avenue in Fairfield will be closed to traffic between C Street and D Street beginning at 7 a.m. Wednesday, June 2.
The city of Fairfield Street Department will be investigating a persistent storm drainage issue at D Street and Madison Avenue, and correcting it as quickly as possible. Motorists and pedestrians will need to find an alternate route.
