Man arrested in NL for public intoxication

A New London man was arrested for public intoxication and disorderly conduct in New London on Wednesday, Oct. 3.
Brian Felgenhauer, of North Dakota, was arrested after the Henry County Sheriff's Office deputies and officers responded to reports of a man yelling and swearing in the street at the intersection of N. Pine Street and West Washington Street.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
