Man charged following a traffic stop in MP
A traffic stop on Friday, Nov. 11, resulted in charges and an arrest against a Solon man.
Sheriff deputies stopped a car occupied by Charles Mitchell, 42, of Solon, in the 900 block of E. Washington Street.
Following the stop, Mitchell was arrested and charged with child endangerment, an aggravated misdemeanor; and allowing an un-authorized minor to drive (simple misdemeanor).

Sheriff deputies stopped a car occupied by Charles Mitchell, 42, of Solon, in the 900 block of E. Washington Street.
Following the stop, Mitchell was arrested and charged with child endangerment, an aggravated misdemeanor; and allowing an un-authorized minor to drive (simple misdemeanor).
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
