Man charged with reckless use of firearm
A Mt. Union man was arrested and charged Wednesday, July 4, after he reportedly fired rounds into the air.

A Mt. Union man was arrested and charged Wednesday, July 4, after he reportedly fired rounds into the air.
At approximately 11:10 p.m. the Henry County Sheriff?s Office received a report of fireworks followed by gun shots in the Mt. Union area. Upon investigation it was determined that David Stott, 44, of Mt. Union, fired several handgun rounds in the 100 block of S. Spearman St. Stott was arrested and charged with reckless use of a firearm and disorderly conduct, both simple misdemeanors.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
