South Maple is one of a few streets in Fairfield slated for resurfacing this summer. Fairfield public works director Darrel Bisgard said maintenance crews also have continued filling pot holes throughout Fairfield, focusing on the RAGBRAI route first. ?It?s a continual thing that we always try to stay ahead of,? Bisgard said, urging residents to ?be patient.? ?We will get there,? he said.
