Marjorie A. Manning, 87, formerly of Batavia, died Saturday, Dec. 3, 2011, at SunnyBrook Living Care Center in Fairfield.
A funeral will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Raymond Funeral Home in Fairfield, with the Rev. Gordon Oliver officiating. Interment will be in Brethren Cemetery near Batavia.
Family visitation will be 4-6 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Marjorie A. Manning, 87, formerly of Batavia, died Saturday, Dec. 3, 2011, at SunnyBrook Living Care Center in Fairfield.

Mrs. Manning was born April 8, 1924, in Fairfield, the daughter of Leo LaVerne and Lela Edith Ellen McCleary Gibson. She married Glenn Teeter Manning Feb. 1, 1946, in Fairfield. He died Dec. 20, 2002.
Survivors include two daughters: Marilee Emmert and husband Robert of Genoa, Ill., and Kathy Steele and husband Paul of Hedrick; two sons: Charles Manning and wife Cheryl of Batavia and Lonny Manning and wife Julie of Batavia; 16 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren; and one sister: Mary Alyce Brooks of Fairfield.
