Mark Chelgren to hold townhall in Fairfield Saturday

State Senator Mark Chelgren, R-Ottumwa, will tour Senate District 41 Saturday to discuss issues with constituents.

Chelgren will visit Ottumwa, Fairfield, Keosauqua and Bloomfield. His schedule for the day is as follows:

Ottumwa: 8 a.m. ? The Vine Coffee House, 1207 N. Jefferson St.

Fairfield: 10 a.m. ? Revelations Café, 12 N. Main St.

Keosauqua: 12 p.m. ? Village Cup and Cakes, 202 Main Street.

Bloomfield: 2 p.m. ? R Country Café, 109 E. Jefferson Street.

?With the 2014 Legislative session getting underway, I am excited to engage in conversations with my constituents,? Chelgren said. ?I know it is a challenge for some folks to visit me at the Capitol. I would encourage them to attend my townhall forums so they can share their thoughts and concerns.?
