Why are you running for the City Council?
I want to continue to see some ideas and projects reach completion for the citizens of Mount Pleasant that have been discussed by council.
Why do you think you would be a good member of the Council?
I have been on city council for a number of years now and I feel that I can still contribute to the process for the betterment of the city.
What are your main accomplishments in life?
Lived in Mt Pleasant majority of my life, two degrees BA and MS, amazing wife and three great children, CEO of Midwest Old Settlers and Threshers Association a non-profit organization.
What about the City of Mount Pleasant needs the most improvement, and how could you, in your position, help with this?
Being on council provides the opportunity to drive meaningful improvements in areas like housing, business development, and quality of life terms. All of this requires change which can be challenging for folks, but growth is impossible without it.
