Mellingers celebrate 65th anniversary

Tom and Loretta Kibling Mellinger will celebrate their 65th anniversary on June 9.

The Mellingers were married in 1956 at St. John’s Catholic Church in Burlington.

They have eight children: Timothy (deceased); Roseanne (Max) Mellinger Marrow, Sondheimer, Louisiana; Carol (David) Karian, Huntington Beach, California; Mark (Cheryl) Mellinger, Aquasco, Maryland; Gary (Janine) Mellinger and Scott (Cindy) Mellinger of Washington; Angela (Rusty) Zook of Haskins, Iowa; Melissa (Kevin) Carwell, Spirit Lake. They have 17 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
