The Telegraph Herald says police responded to the blast at the Lynch McCarthy apartment complex early Wednesday.
Authorities say the suspect had fled by the time emergency crews arrived, and it?s not known if the suspect was injured. There was damage to the drywall and other areas of the bathroom. The sprinkler system also went off.
Police say someone was making methamphetamine with the one-pot or shake-and-bake method, where the drug is made quickly in a 2-liter soda bottle.
