MHI celebrates 150th birthday
Mt. Pleasant?s Mental Health Institute (MHI) will be celebrating its 150th anniversary with an open house inside the institute (1200 E. Washington St.) Friday, July 8, from 2-6 p.m.
Iowa Wesleyan Librarian Joy Conwell will be speaking about the history of the campus from 5-5:30 p.m.
There will be exhibits on display and desserts and beverages will be served throughout the day.
