Mid-Prairie early out Friday

The Mid-Prairie school district is letting students out early Friday afternoon as Eastern Iowa braces for evening snowfall.
“School at Mid-Prairie will be dismissing two hours early this afternoon,” a post on the district’s Facebook page said. “After-school practices and activities this evening are canceled.”
The post added that Saturday scheduling for Saturday extracurriculars had not yet been decided.
