Missouri man arrested for OWI
A Missouri man was arrested for OWI after putting his vehicle in the ditch.
On Tuesday, May 26, at approximately 2:32 a.m., the Henry County Sheriff?s Office received a report of a suspicious male in New London, who appeared intoxicated and driving a pick-up.
While enroute, a Sheriff?s Deputy located the suspect?s vehicle in the ditch on 260th St., near Highway 34.

A Missouri man was arrested for OWI after putting his vehicle in the ditch.
On Tuesday, May 26, at approximately 2:32 a.m., the Henry County Sheriff?s Office received a report of a suspicious male in New London, who appeared intoxicated and driving a pick-up.
While enroute, a Sheriff?s Deputy located the suspect?s vehicle in the ditch on 260th St., near Highway 34.
The driver was identified as Clarence Icenogle, 67, of La Grange, Mo. Icenogle was arrested for OWI, second offense, an aggravated misdemeanor; driving under revocation, a serious misdemeanor; and failure to maintain control, a simple misdemeanor.
The Sheriff?s Office was assisted on scene by the New London Police Department and the Mt. Pleasant Police Department.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.
