Motorcycle strikes deer, cyclist injured
A Salem motorcyclist sustained injuries in an accident on April 24.
According to the Henry County Sheriff?s Office, Lloyd Sammons, 45, of Salem, was operating a 2013 Harley Davidson motorcycle southbound in the 2600 grid of Franklin Avenue when the motorcycle struck a deer on the roadway.
Sammons was transported from the scene to the Henry County Health Center for injuries. Damage was estimated at over $1,500 to ...
