Motorist cited after single-vehicle mishap
Henry County Sheriff?s deputies were summoned to a single-vehicle accident June 7 on Highway 78 near Lexington Avenue.
An investigation determined that Laura Struck, 28, of Iowa City, was traveling eastbound on Highway 78 when she fell asleep and entered the ditch.

An investigation determined that Laura Struck, 28, of Iowa City, was traveling eastbound on Highway 78 when she fell asleep and entered the ditch.
No injuries were reported and the 2009 Honda Civic she was driving sustained only minor damage. Struck was issued a citation for failure to maintain control.
A criminal citation is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
