MP man arrested on two charges
A traffic stop April 30 by Henry County Sheriff?s deputies resulted in the arrest of a Mt. Pleasant man.
Leonel Garcia, operating a 2016 Chevrolet, was stopped at the Pilot Truck Stop and charged with fraudulent use of registration.
A further investigation revealed that Garcia was driving under the influence of alcohol.

Leonel Garcia, operating a 2016 Chevrolet, was stopped at the Pilot Truck Stop and charged with fraudulent use of registration.
A further investigation revealed that Garcia was driving under the influence of alcohol.
Garcia was arrested and transported to the Henry County Jail for operating under the influence of alcohol-second offense and also cited for driving without a valid driver?s license.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
