A Mt. Pleasant man faces indecent exposure charges after being arrested at the Catfish Bend Casino Monday in Burlington.
Nicholas Rose, 32, patrons say, exposed himself to several people of the casino. The disorderly conduct charge was filed after witnesses reported to police that a man allegedly was masturbating in the area between the casino and FunCity.
Rose denied the actions to police. However, police reviewed security camera footage that they allege showed Rose committing the act.
He appeared in court Tuesday morning before a district associate judge who did not set bond and allowed Rose to be released on his own recognizance.
Rose is due back in court on March 21.
