MP teen arrested for OWI and theft
Early Friday morning, Cord Wiggins, 19, of Mt. Pleasant was arrested and charged with theft in the first degree and operating while intoxicated ? second offense.
The Henry County Sherrif?s Office had received a call of a person attempting to steal a vehicle north of Mt. Pleasant on Iowa Avenue at approximately 2:45 a.m. Friday, Aug. 17.
