MP woman arrested, charged twice
At about 4:30 a.m. today, July 21, Henry County Jail inmate Jessica Jean Muhs, 22, Mt. Pleasant, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
At the time of the offense, Muhs had been arrested by the Mt. Pleasant Police Department for public intoxication and was being booked for that charge.
