MPCSD to interview school board candidates, talk superintendent search
The Mt. Pleasant Community School District School Board will meet next on Monday, Oct. 26, at 5 p.m.

The Mt. Pleasant Community School District School Board will meet next on Monday, Oct. 26, at 5 p.m.
The meeting will kick off with interviews of candidates for the vacant school board seat for District two. According to the agenda, which can be found on the school?s website, the board plans to make a selection that night.
Following the candidate interviews and possible selection, the board will consider out-of-state travel for the WisdomQuest student?s cave trip.
The board will also discuss the superintendent search process. At the last board meeting, interim superintendent John Roederer said he had a timeline in mind for the search.
