MPPD hosts holiday toy drive
The Mt. Pleasant Police department will be conducting it?s annual toy drive this year in cooperation with Dollar General.
The department is asking for names of families who may need assistance this year. Families may be called in anonymously. To submit a family?s name, the department will need names, ages of children, phone numbers and addresses of the families.

The Mt. Pleasant Police department will be conducting it?s annual toy drive this year in cooperation with Dollar General.
The department is asking for names of families who may need assistance this year. Families may be called in anonymously. To submit a family?s name, the department will need names, ages of children, phone numbers and addresses of the families.
The Fellowship Cup and Community Action will be working with the police department to insure that all families receive the items they need.
Persons over the age of 18 will not be considered children for the toy drive.
There will be a box at Dollar General and a box at the Mt. Pleasant Police department to drop off donated toys.
This toy drive is for local residents only. For more information, please contact the Mt. Pleasant Police department at 319-385-1450 on Monday though Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
