Mt. Pleasant 2019 Homecoming Parade
MT. PLEASANT - Despite a rainy morning, skies cleared for just long enough in the afternoon on Sept. 27 for Mt. Pleasant's 2019 Homecoming Parade. During the parade, Homecoming royalty and attendants waved to crowds as well as sports teams from the local schools. The 2019 Homecoming parade was also the first in which Iowa Wesleyan University collaborated with the town to hold a joint parade.
