Appel reported that there were about 17 who stayed there and said they were a great bunch and easy to accomodate. He wanted to get a large group picture, but they all left at different times. Bikes started going past his house at 4:30 a.m. and by 5:30 a.m. there was a heavy crowd. He had to stop bike traffic to get the Mt. Pleasant support vehicles out of his driveway.
