Mt. Pleasant football announcements

Seventh and eighth graders who plan to play Mt. Pleasant football this fall but were not able to come to the Panther Football Camp can come to the west locker room at Mapleleaf Athletic Complex at 3:30 p.m. Thursday or Friday, Aug. 16 or 17, to get their equipment.

There will be coaches present to assist the players.

Middle school practice will begin on Monday, Aug. 20. and will be at Mapleleaf from 4-6 p.m.

Fifth and sixth graders who want to play tackle football in the Mt. Pleasant Youth Football League this fall need to be at Mt. Pleasant Community High School on Saturday, Aug.18 at 9 a.m. for tryouts.

Registration materials will be available for those who have not yet sent in their registration.

Equipment will be handed out Saturday morning as well.
