INVESTIGATIONS

Dagan Cash Whaley, 29, Mt. Pleasant, was arrested at 200 block of West Washington and charged with operating while intoxicated, third and subsequent offense; excessive speed; possession of marijuana and drug equipment violation paraphernalia, April 11.

Cole Michael Strawhacker, 26, New London, was arrested at 2000 block of East Washington and charged with prohibited acts and possession of precursors with intent to manufacture methamphetamine, April 12.

Jessica Leigh Thompson, 32, Mt. Pleasant, was arrested at 2000 block of East Washington and charged with prohibited acts and possession of precursors with intent to manufacture methamphetamine, April 12.

Angel Marie Wischmeier, 25, Mt. Pleasant, was cited for domestic abuse causing injury, April 12.

Samuel Dean Moyers, 28, West Burlington, was arrested at 1100 block of East Baker and charged with domestic abuse assault ? second offense, April 12.

Richard James Russell Jr., 54, Mt. Pleasant, was arrested at 400 block of South White, and charged with public intoxication ? enhanced, three or more convictions, April 12.

Eb Joshua Jaurigue III, 24, Mt. Pleasant, was arrested at 200 block of North Jefferson and charged with public intoxication ? enhanced, two convictions, April 13.

Jackie Joe LeRoy McKim, 47, Mt. Pleasant, was arrested at 1700 block of East Washington Street and charged with fifth degree theft, April 13.

Cody J. Johnson, 19, Mt. Pleasant, was arrested at the intersection of Lincoln and Mapleleaf and charged with public intoxication/consuming in public and possession of alcohol under the legal age, April 14.
