Tara Teleri Eldredge, 30, Winfield, was cited at the intersection of Jefferson and Monroe streets for driving under suspension (non-payment of fines) and operation without registration, Jan. 26.

Edward Leroy Wixom, 27, Mt. Pleasant, was arrested at the intersection of Jay and Washington streets and charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; careless driving; excessive speed; and possession of a controlled substance, Jan. 27.
