Mt. Pleasant Police search for hit-and-run offender
Police are on the look for the individual responsible for a hit-and-run accident that occurred on Sunday, Feb. 22.
At 11:49 a.m., the Mt. Pleasant Police Department was called to the 200 block of South Jackson Street after a report of a hit-and-run collision.
Police reports indicate a 2008 gray, four-door, Pontiac G6 was legally parked in front of 205 South Jackson Street. An unidentified vehicle drove south and ...

Police are on the look for the individual responsible for a hit-and-run accident that occurred on Sunday, Feb. 22.
At 11:49 a.m., the Mt. Pleasant Police Department was called to the 200 block of South Jackson Street after a report of a hit-and-run collision.
Police reports indicate a 2008 gray, four-door, Pontiac G6 was legally parked in front of 205 South Jackson Street. An unidentified vehicle drove south and struck the parked car, leaving the scene. The unknown vehicle would have damage to the front passenger side corner with black plastic pieces broken off.
Damage to the parked car was estimated at about $1,000.
