The 14th annual Repertoire Theatre History Seminar held this past weekend was the first without the person most responsible for the museum and seminars.
Participants took time out Saturday evening at a buffet dinner at the Iris Restaurant in Mt. Pleasant to give their recollections on the woman who passed away last fall.
"My most vivid memory was when we did the presentation, "Women Partners on the Land" in 1985," said Lennis Moore, CEO of Midwest Old Threshers. "Caroline was one of the women honored. We put out 90 chairs and we anticipated a crowd to fill those chairs. Well, those chairs were filled by 11 a.m., 30 minutes before the presentation. By 11:30, another 300 people came to see the presentation.
