Musical weekend
The Mt. Pleasant Marching Panthers took to the field once more this weekend. The band performed during the 25th Annual Parade of Champions in Kahoka, Mo., on Saturday. The band took home first place in 4A, Caption Awards 4A for color guard and drum majors, Overall Caption Awards (among all bands) for color guard and drum majors and the Sweepstakes Award for best band overall.
