Stan Hill identified the photo, the men pictured are, from left, Horton Earl Proctor, Mayor Wade McBeth and Richard D. Hummell.
According to Hill, the photo was probably taken in l955 or l956. He wrote, ?Horton may have been the Post Commander of the American Legion Bob Tribby Post 58. Wade became Mayor on Jan. 1, 1954 and Richard was probably still in the Army.?
