National 4-H Week in Washington County
WASHINGTON - This year, Jack Greiner showed pigs and won champion in showmanship and third in rate of gain at the Washington County Fair.
He is 12 years old and had been showing pigs for two years. His favorite part of 4-H is the experience with his pigs.
His cousins showed animals, and he always wanted to as well. He is a part of 76 Progressives with six of his cousins.
For next year, Greiner is raising his own pigs, so he is currently raising adults to breed.
