WASHINGTON — Mayor Jaron Rosien made two appointments to city management groups at a regular City Council meeting last week.
The first was an appointment of Bill Monroe to the Planning and Zoning commission, filling in for the resignation of former commission member William Frederick.
“We did have a resignation on P & Z, and Bill had submitted his application quite a while ago,” Rosien said. “We knew there was an opening, so Bill will be taking Mr. Frederick’s spot.”
Rosien also reappointed Kevin Caldwell to another term on the Board of Adjustment.
City Council members unanimously approved both appointments.
