New council member swears in
WASHINGTON — Ivan Rangel took the oath of office at a Washington City Council meeting Tuesday night, hours after county officials verified his success in a special election to fill the seat vacated by Steve Gault. Rangel’s term lasts until 2025, when it will once again go up for election.
